An AI bot that books appointments and replies in place of a receptionist
This project helps women's hair salons have an AI bot on Telegram or Rubika that replies to customer messages instead of a receptionist, books appointments, and can even show a few hairstyles on the customer's own photo (with their permission).
Good for: Good for women's hair salons and beauty salons with high daily message volume
24-hour responses
The bot instantly answers common questions (prices, hours, services), even at midnight.
Automatic booking
The customer sees open slots and books one; the salon owner is notified through the same messaging app at the same time.
Hairstyle preview on the customer's photo
With their consent, the customer sends a photo and tries a few hairstyles on it; the first few tries are free.
Simple setup, no coding
The salon owner just enters their Telegram/Rubika bot token into the panel; everything else is automatic.
How it works

4The salon owner receives scheduling alerts and new bookings through the same bot
A fixed monthly subscription — no commission at this stage. A commission model (paying per new customer) is under consideration, but hasn't been added yet since automatically distinguishing a "new vs. returning customer" is complex and would need manual verification.
This project is still being tested. Features have been tested on Rubika; please coordinate with our team before paying so we can confirm the exact features for your business.

Are customer photos stored anywhere?
Photos are used only for instant processing, and the data retention policy will be clearly announced before final launch. No photo is processed without the customer's consent.
How many hairstyles are free?
A limited number of free tries is given per customer; after that, the salon owner or customer can pay to continue (exact pricing details will be set at final launch).
Does this work on WhatsApp too?
In phase one, only Telegram and Rubika are supported. Other platforms will be considered in later phases.
