The NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program fosters innovation by providing dissertation fellowships, mentorship, and technical support to PhD students working in research areas related to NVIDIA technologies.
Established in 2002, the program is now in its 25th year of offering fellowships to distinguished students in areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, autonomous vehicles, computer graphics, robotics, healthcare, and high-performance computing, as well as related fields.
Since the program’s inception, more than 200 fellowships worth over $7.3 million have been awarded.
Applicants should have completed at least one year of PhD studies at the time of application.
The deadline for the 2026-2027 academic year is Monday, September 15, 2025.
