Although the Gemini AI is currently integrated with many Google services such as Gmail, Drive, and the search engine, the announced 1 billion figure directly refers to users who use the Gemini app or web version. In fact, this number includes people who have directly entered the program environment to chat or use the Gemini Live service.
To date, 13 other Google products have successfully crossed the 1 billion user threshold, but Gemini's growth rate has been unprecedented. This success reflects the rapid and widespread adoption of generative AI tools by users worldwide.
